(1) 一般病情:He feels headache, nausea and vomiting. (他想到头醒、羞耻和想吐。)He is under the weather. (他不奇怪，重病了。)He began to feel unusually tired. (他不已反常的疲惫。)He feels light-headed. (他想到晕眩。)She has been shut-in for a few days. (她重病在家几天了。)Her head is pounding. (她头醒。)His symptoms include loss of appetite, weight loss, excessive fatigue, fever and chills. (他的疼痛包含没有食欲、体重减轻、极为疲惫、发烧和发冷。)He feels exhausted or fatigued most of the time. (他绝大时间都想到极为疲惫。)He has been lacking in energy for some time. (他不已衰弱有段时间了。)He feels drowsy, dizzy and nauseated. (他想到昏昏欲睡，晕眩目眩和想吐。)He feels as though everything around him is spinning. (他不已周围的东西都在好似。)He has noticed some loss of hearing. (他眼见听力差些。)She has some pains and itching around her eyes. (她眼睛顶上又醒又痒。)(2) 伤风感冒：He has been coughing up rusty or greenish-yellow phlegm. (他眼疾带上有绿黄色的腹痛。)His eyes feel itchy and he has been sneezing. (他眼睛发烧，而且始终在苍蝇。)He has a fever, aching muscles and hacking cough. (hacking = constant) (他有发烧，坚韧酸醒和时常眼疾。)He coughed with sputum and feeling of malaise. (malaise = debility) (他眼疾有浓腹痛，而且想到很衰弱。)He gets a cold with a deep hacking cough. (他伤风眼疾。)He has a headache, aching bones and joints. (他头醒，肋骨、腿部部也醒。)He has a persistent cough. (他突然间地在咳。)He has bouts of uncontrollable coughing. (他一阵阵的眼疾，不足以管控。)He has hoarse and has lost his voice sometimes. (他声效嘶哑，有时失声。)He has a sore throat and a stuffy nose. (他嗓子疼醒而且鼻子通达。)His breathing is harsh and wheezy. (他肺部时，有眼疾似的呼哧呼哧作响。)He has a stabbing pain that comes on suddenly in one or both temples. (她右有肥大块。)Her left breast is painful and swollen. (她左疼醒且外伤。)She has hey bleeding with her periods. (她排卵期来的很多。)Her vaginal discharge is white or greenish-yellow and unpleasant smelling. (她皮肤上带上粉红色或绿黄色，而且气味要好。)She has noticed occasional spotting of blood between periods. (在排卵期来的前后，她有时也眼见有滴滴达达的不止。)She has some bleeding after intercourse. (后有肥大大。)She feels some vaginal itching. (她不已发烧。)She has painful periods and abnormal vaginal discharge. (她排卵期来时疼醒，而且有不正常的皮肤上。)(4) 双手疾病：His both hands and feet ache all over. (他两手折叠式都很酸醒。)He has pain on the sole of his feet. (他脚底很醒。)There is a wart-like lump on the sole of right foot. (我右脚底有个像肉疣般的硬块。)His ankles look puffy and they pit when he presses them with his finger. (pit = small dent form；句内都的 they 和 them 都是所指 ankles)(他的膝盖好象肥大了，用手按，就有小坑扉。)The pain in his left foot is accompanied by redness and swelling. (双脚酸醒，并有肥大喷。)The joints near his fingernails and knuckles look swollen. (所小指和所指节旁边的腿部部，似乎有外伤。)He has numbness and tingling in his hands and fingers. (他嘴巴而今有些地方颜色怪怪的。)(9) 肠道麻木：He has a bloated, uncomfortable feeling after meal. (他饭后肚子想到喷喷的，很不奇怪。)He has bouts of abdominal pain. (他有一阵阵的肚醒。)He feels bloated in his abdominal area. (他不已肚子喷喷的。) (引：喷喷的，像「puff up」，但不是真正的肥大「swell up」。)The pain is mainly in the lower (upper) right part of the abdomen. (醒是在肚子下西半部。)He has nausea and vomiting. (他有羞耻和呕吐。)It is difficult or painful for him to swallow. (他吞下食用时会醒。)He has passed more gas than usual. (他放…比平常多。)He has been constipated for a few days. (他便秘了好几天。)He suffers pains when he moves his bowels. (他屁股时很醒。)He has some bleeding from his rectum. (他的肥大大。)He has noticed some blood in his bowel movements. (他拉肚子。)(10) 高血压Wild感官：His blood pressure is really up. (他的高血压颇高。)High blood pressure is creeping up on him.He has noticed frequent urination, increased thirst and unexpected tireness. (他眼见时常沾，极为口渴和更加疲惫。)It is a chest pain that gets worse when he bends over or lies down. (他弯腰或躺下时，腹部更醒。)He has noticed excessive sweating and unexplained tireness. (他体会到过份的出汗和不足以阐释的疲惫。)He has a sharp pain in one area of his spine. (他的脊椎某各部位刺醒。)He has pain in other joints including hip, knee and ankle. (其它腿部部疼醒包含臀部、膝盖和脚踝。)His eyes seem to be bulging.
